We had an amazing time talking to Sarah, Senior Director of Revenue Operations an Guru. With a background at Stanford followed by sales operations at Box, we knew we were going to get some incredible insights, and were not disappointed.

In this conversation, we discussed the importance of a rev ops role and how to build it through stakeholder relationships. Sarah is a Guru (sorry!) at driving phenomonal relationships between the ops function and sellers, and between revenue teams more generally.
