We spoke to Matt, VP Revenue Operations at Checkr, about running an impactful revenue operaitons function.
He spoke about how to implement feedback from the sales teams on processes and training: meet with everyone, document every pain point, and push forward in reducing friction in these pain points as part of revenue operations processes.
He discusses the importance of being an ally to the sales team, and how a relationship of understanding is the first step to this. Finding problems isn't that hard, the question is how good are you at fixing them? That's the core edict of operations!
