We interviewed Maria from Algolia, and spoke about how to "democratize knowledge" and share best practices within the sales team. She led an internal project to deploy a podcast, interviewing SDRs on their wins and how they achieved it.

We discussed adopting an attitude of "positive paranoia" - the ability to predict risks and anticipate future outcomes so that they can create strategies to avoid losing deals.

Maria has a particularly awesome idea for spreading best practices internally: a podcast where reps talk about their key wins. Phenomonal!
