Grant gave a process masterclass - from his time at WeWork to SecureLink today. His method starts with empathy, to genuinely listen to and understand the pain: it's the first step to bringing people along the journey.

Then, consistent iteration, measuring data and finally, measuring success. Which he does by employing a phrase called "sticky" - if there's lots of chatter, suggestions, requests to edit, you know folks are engaged with what you're doing!
