Colin is a process whizz; through experience. He started off as a BDR at Proposify at an early stage, before a process was in place (anyone whose been in an early stage start up will recognize this!)

He did a phenomenal job at building this out, then, transitioned into Sales Ops where he's continuing to build rockstar processes.

His fundamental approach is iterating quickly. Forget perfection build something, test it, change it.

And remember, the currency of your reps is time - all processes should give them time back and look to invite their feedback from the planning stage.
