We spoke to Cambria, Senior Manager, Sales Operations at Box, on the ins and outs of sales operations - notably the importance of a robust and sometimes ruthless deal review process.

This is helping her team spot problems with deals, earlier (before the deadline) and saves her enablement team from becoming stretched. Cambria's a big believer in serving the sales team, they're the customer and revenue and operations teams should be aligned around helping them.
