We spoke to Alysson, Sales Operations Manager at Field Nation on process rollout and adoption. And on the human piece that's necessary for processes to survive long term.

Alysson was clear that for processes to work, you need to understand the world of the people you're building them for. Treat them as a customer, and if you don't have a strong why, or reason, for the process you possibly shouldn't be doing it!

We also spoke about how different learning styles in reps are similar to orchestras - everyone learns, and plays, music differently, yet it comes together in harmony in an orchestra.
