Georgina spoke with Olivia Donnell, Senior Director, EMEA Channel Sales at StorageCraft Technology Corp. She explains how to be an outstanding Sales Director.

Olivia believes a part of her success is that she’s done the roles that she’s now managing. She has empathy for each part of the progression in sales. 

Forecasting is a team responsibility. The team shows forecasts to Olivia each week on their specific buckets of business. For her, forecasting is a methodology that ensures you’re in control of your business. She believes that it’s as much about sharing information as it is about hitting numbers.
