Mehdi’s Philosophy is to have a business that grows through operational efficiency. He keeps this top of mind in everything he does. He works with the customer lifecycle to grow the business through efficiency.

He explains that it’s important to learn about sales and marketing. You should develop an understanding of what can be done. When adopting a new process, he makes sure the need of the change is understood in the organisation. Changes can be disruptive so it’s key to articulate that it’s about the whole company.
