He believes that when you’re a new rep, you need a framework. This allows you to test things out and find yourself in a sales process. Especially when coming up through a task-driven SDR role. He starts reps with micro accounts, allowing them to test the waters and learn. He empowers reps to make decisions that further the business from a tactical perspective.
