The Interview

Kluster's Take

Ellie spoke with Jonathan Festejo, Co-Founder and CEO at goDerecho. For the last decade, he has been in sales operations, go-to-market, and revenue operations functions. He recently left his full-time job to start Go Derecho, an e-commerce platform.

Jonathan explains that there's a big pain point in the market around how to be the easiest vendor to buy off. He tells us that in the last 10 years, there has been minimal innovation in that segment for buyers. Jonathan has built an e-commerce platform to automate the high-friction points of sales.

Jonathan stresses that people are more likely to buy something if it’s easier. He believes it’s critical to give customers a path of least resistance to learn about your product. Good companies make information and white paper accessible.
