Her volunteering experience in the world of finance has helped her professional role in technology, working for industry giants such as IBM and AWS. Wanting ‘more of the carrot and less of the stick’, Devika moved further away from the financial side and more into the Sales Operations side around 10 years ago.

Devika’s common goal throughout her career has been to consult and enable leaders to achieve their targets and grow their organisation, and her ocean of knowledge will be invaluable to anyone who works alongside her.
