Joining supersite was a fresh challenge. Andreas has been building a revenue operations department from scratch. In the past, Andreas ran CRM systems, thinking about tracking and how to get data. This was the antecedent to a revenue operations position. Andreas has always been the guy organising processes. He looks for quick wins to get sales leaders on side. Once those relationships are in place, this provides a springboard for long term strategic projects.
He explains that as companies grow, as the technology grows, you can be more and more precise. It's not just sales when it comes to tech-related items. There is so much data that will help improve your sales processes.
