Alessandro has 3 core principles, these are trust, supportive leadership and challenging reps. He believes both parties need to feed this trust. Alessandro empowers individuals to achieve their goals, stretching them to understand what's possible.

He stresses that you always need a mix of individuals in a team. An A player knows how to get things done and can have fun while doing it. Allesandro creates training programs when there are specific weaknesses for the whole team. For new reps, planning and pipeline creation abilities, as well as cultural fit are key.
