We spoke with Ben Simon Wilder, from Paddle, on the human-to-human side of ops. It was amazing to hear Ben offer his insights on getting reps to adopt new processes, and driving relationships between different revenue teams.
Ben recently joined Paddle as Head of Revenue Operations, with a focus on scaling them from a rapidly growing startup, to a scale-up with scalable processes. Many of the revenue operations pain points that the community face are a result of either legacy processes from when the company was much smaller, or friction between sales and marketing.
