His philosophy focuses on people, helping them to grow and supporting them. He always looks to do what’s right, for the prospect, company and the team. Justin believes having fun is important too. 

He explains that even if you do hit your quota, it doesn’t automatically make you an A player. Justin stresses that A players look out for the people around them. They have a vision of the bigger picture and want to contribute to it. A Players often appear very humble and have an insatiable desire to learn and grow. 

Justin takes an innovative approach to coaching. Lessonly has a product that enables this through a skills matrix. Using self-assessments, manager assessments and data from salesforce to understand performance. He creates individualised coaching plans and brings this all together to see how the team is doing.
